Introduced and practiced yoga since 1978 and studied with and strongly influenced by Robert Boustany, Billie Gollnick, Julie Byrd, and Misha Laird. Amazed at how the yoga community has evolved and how connected we all are in Houston, Texas and beyond! Grateful for Texas Yoga...Wish to know more about yoga for active, older adults and chair yoga for desk warriors. Volunteering at MD Anderson and wish to understand how to help people live and deal with cancer.
