Amanda Field has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially she taught hot yoga at Your Body Center, and continues to teach non-heated yoga there. She trained with Jennifer Buergermeister in Vinyasa Yoga and is 200 ERYT. She has also studied with Robert Boustany and is proficient in Pralaya yoga. She continues to train. In addition to these styles of yoga she has also studied Hatha and Yin yoga. You can expect to see a multitude of styles and creative approaches in her class.  Her passion is helping her students learn how to use the yoga for their needs as their bodies and minds evolve. Amanda teaches Mixed Levels on the schedule regularly, Monday and Wedensday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 5pm. She also teaches a Pralaya based flow yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.
