I practice both the internal and external forms of yoga. I am well practiced in breath-centered hatha yoga of T Krishnamacharya, i.e. Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Krama. I excel in floating and flying as well as many basic postures. When I teach asana, I'm like a well-rounded chef; my classes can vary from a strong progressive flow to a simple and therapeutic, meditative sequence incorporating powerful and precise use of the breath and bandhas, depending on what the group needs. Practicing with me generally includes a healthy dose of philosophy, pranayama, and Sanskrit and you'll leave contemplating something simple yet profound.
