In this workshop you will choose a habit or pattern that no longer serves you and that you are ready to release. Changecan be difficult. This practice will provide the framework tochange the habit or pattern with more ease. This framework includes mindfulness, breathing and asana techniques to support you and build your self compassion through change. You will need pen and paper for a brief writing exercise. Format: 30-minute talk and writing exercise followed by 2.5 hours of asana workshop. Taught by Ann Hyde and Catherine Allen.
