Although Vedic Thai Bodywork and Yoga are practiced differently, many of their traditions and intentions are the same.  Experience visual and kinesthetic parallels in Yoga and Vedic Thai Bodywork and how to integrate them. We'll practice Yoga about 30 minutes then pair up for equivalent techniques of Vedic Thai Bodywork, where you'll learn a variety of elegant and comfortable stretching and compression applications. Learn to express this ancient art effectively to elevate your practice for a fortunate receiver!
