Join Nosa and Susie Edebor of Nosie Yogi for a session of fun and relaxing bodywork, as we take our practice off the ground and introduce you to the therapeutic flying! With the help of a partner, we will use gravity to aid in finding length, as well as decompression within the body. Yogis with tight, back, neck or shoulders, this is workshop is for you. Learn safe techniques and the power of mindful touch, while growing your personal therapeutic practice. No partner or experience needed.
