Enjoy a kick off uplifting talk and meditation practice with Dr. Alejandro Chaoul PhD about some of the research and discoveries of yoga and health - From Caves to the Clinic: Yogic practices in Integrative Medicine.

As yogis were practicing in caves to deepen their spiritual journey, they noticed that these practices were potent healing tools. Through generations and migrations , different forms of yoga have also been researched and are now utilized part of Integrative Medicine and bringing benefit for more people. A breath at a time.
