This all-levels workshop will empower you to discover new efficiencies of movement in your practice, and to deconstruct your habitual movement patterns to experience fun and ecstatic movement. You will experiment with and learn the distinction between open- and closed-systems of movement to re-define how you travel, operate and breath in your (asana) practice.

You will experience what Mind Tribes has to offer through three frames: Cristina will lead you through an intentional and mindful pattern of Forrest-inspired sequencing; Dan will introduce atypical patterns for inverting, floating and traveling; and, Steph will weave evidence-based research into the conversation to support why and how yoga works. By implementing these approaches, you will be ushered into an embodied experience, and will be able to deconstruct and better understand how to move efficiently through foundational asana patterns.
