Vedic Astrology and Yoga

Two of Austin’s favorite teachers, Renu Namjoshi and Gioconda Parker, are teaming up to present this unique combination of Vedic Astrology and Yogic Practices. Renu brings 20 years of experience in the field of Vedic Astrology and Gioconda 20 years of yoga and studying spiritual psychology. During this workshop you’ll be introduced to some of the foundational principles of Vedic Astrology and learn about this ancient science’s role in the yoga practitioner’s life. Yogic Practices will be introduced in way that they are accessible to all levels and will include guided meditations, breathing practices and simple mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into your daily life to support you as you live in harmony with the planets.
