Michelle Montalvo teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga, based on Ashtanga Vinyasa, a fluid breathe - movement practice. She has been teaching yoga since 2013. She is E-RYT 200 and a RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Jonny Kest in Detroit Michigan. She encourages finding the synthesis of the movement in the body to the breathe, but with an openness to feeling through the body.
